A key tradeshow venue, Las Vegas played host to CTIA 2001, the wireless industry’s premier wireless show in March 2001. Anne provided proactive tradeshow media relations support to EMS Wireless, North America’s largest manufacturer of PCS/cellular antennas. She briefed executives on key messages, issued press release announcements and secured interviews with key publications, including, Antenna Systems & Technology, Communications Systems Design and Wireless Review, among others. For the 1998 Networld +Interop show, Anne was on site in Las Vegas as a media relations manager for AT&T. She coordinated press interviews for AT&T executives with editors at Network World, Data Communications and Telecommunications magazines, among others. She also worked by telephone to secure coverage for a breaking news story—a technology partnership between AT&T and MasterCard International, resulting in significant coverage from leading business and trade press around the country.
